Build your team
Your workers’ abilities determine which actions you can take. Hire and train your staff to expand your options, and choose where to place them on an action board shared with the other studios.
Every new hire comes at a cost. Balancing wages, income and debt will be essential to making your next release a success.
Shape your story
Combine a theme, a plot and a twist to create your anime’s script. Action, fantasy, science fiction, horror and slice of life offer different possibilities for your productions.
Develop your project’s genres and animation, build hype and prepare for release. You decide how to allocate your studio’s efforts.
Find your audience
Trends change and opportunities are open to everyone. Release timing can be just as decisive as production: watch the market and your rivals’ plans before launching.
You can also run your studio solo. Edition 1.5 includes challenges with their own objectives and conditions to put your management skills to the test.
